WARRANTY & SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS This warranty applies only to products purchased through our authorized platforms. The warranty is non-transferable and shall be effective for the original end user from the date of delivery based on valid tracking details in our record system. We do not provide warranty services for products purchased through other channels.

Rene products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal household use. A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper assembly or storage, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, commercial use, or damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s care and usage instructions. Upon inspection and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, Rene will, at its discretion, repair the defective item or part, replace it with the same or an equivalent item, or provide another remedy where required by applicable law. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable consumer law.
