Engineered for Singapore's humidity. Designed to last a decade.
The Rene Elegance is a wing-style stainless steel drying rack built for homes where humidity is a constant companion. At just 3.5 kg with a maximum height of 120 cm, it dries longer garments with ease, folds flat for storage, and resists the corrosion that destroys cheaper painted or coated frames over time.
This is the rack you buy once — and forget about replacing.
Key Specifications

Why Stainless Steel Matters in Singapore
Singapore's service yards and open corridors experience near-constant humidity. Painted and powder-coated drying racks chip, rust, and stain laundry within a year or two of regular use. The Elegance's stainless steel construction holds up where cheaper alternatives fail — keeping your drying rack and your laundry clean for years.
Who Is the Rene Elegance Best For?
- Singles and couples in HDB flats or BTO units seeking a long-lasting everyday dryer
- Those who need to dry longer garments like dresses, trousers, and shirts without a ceiling rack
- Anyone upgrading from a rusted or painted frame that's seen better days
Why Rene?
Rene brings over a decade of home-living expertise to every product. We observe real household routines, listen to customer feedback, and build products that combine premium materials, thoughtful design, and sensible pricing — backed by dependable after-sales support.
Common Questions
Is the Elegance easy to move between rooms?
Yes. At approximately 3.5 kg it is light enough to reposition from service yard to living room without effort.
Can it dry full-length dresses or trousers?
Yes. The 120 cm maximum height provides the clearance most everyday garments need.
How does it compare to a painted drying rack?
Painted and powder-coated frames can chip and rust within months in Singapore's humidity. Stainless steel resists corrosion far better, making it a more cost-effective long-term choice.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Rene product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to proof of purchase.
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Coverage applies to manufacturing defects.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
- Photos or videos may be requested for assessment.
- Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement or another suitable remedy, depending on the issue.
